My thesis focuses on clinical research in inflammatory neuropathies, in particular CIDP. The main aim is to optimise the diagnostic trajectory and maintenance therapies in CIDP through trials and other clinical studies.
CIDP is a rare disease with various clinical presentations and symptoms similar to those seen in some other neuromuscular diseases, thus making it challenging to distinguish. Therefore, I try to find better diagnostic parameters for CIDP. In addition, I try to further enhance individualised treatment.
