The main goal of my project is to personalize treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) for patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) and Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP).

To achieve this, we utilize non-linear mixed-effects models (NONMEM), the gold standard for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics studies, to describe and predict concentration-time profiles for individual patients and identify factors that influence how the body handles IVIg.

The aim is to identify patients who respond poorly to the current standard dosing regimen and provide tailored treatment for every patient.
