Amir Far

Amir grew up in Israel and completed his medical degree in late 2016 in Naples, Italy. During his studies, he gained experience in neurosurgery. It was during this internship that he discovered his passion for clinical diagnostics and patient interaction, leading him to further explore neurology after graduation.
He subsequently completed a three-month internship in Neuromuscular Diseases at the Federico II University in Naples, where he worked on conditions such as myasthenia gravis, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, dystonias, and Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. After becoming acquainted with the Netherlands, he decided to pursue a PhD. He secured a position within a Marie Curie Fellowship and is currently conducting research on the diagnosis and treatment of small fiber neuropathy.
