NL-NMD Research and Clinical Symposia 2026 – Registration
Neuromuscular Symposium 8 – 9 January
Each year, the Spierziekten Centrum Nederland (NL-NMD) organizes the Neuromuscular Diseases Symposium in January. The symposium aims to inform physicians about new developments in the diagnosis, pharmacological treatment, and classification of neuromuscular diseases, and is intended for (pediatric) neurologists, rehabilitation physicians, geneticists, pediatricians, physician assistants, and medical residents.
In 2026, the symposium will be on January 8 and 9th.
Program
- Prior to the Research Symposium on Thursday, January 8th, MYOS organises a pre-symposium morning program (10:00-12:30) for young researchers working in the neuromuscular field. The goal is to get to know each other in an informal setting. Further details about the morning program can be found here.
- The program for the Research Symposium on Thursday, January 8th (12:30-17:15) can be found here. Please note that this symposium will be held in English.
- The program for the Clinical Symposium on Friday, January 9th (8:45-16:00) can be found here. Please note that this symposium will be held in Dutch.
Costs
Research symposium Thursday: €50
Clinical symposium Friday:
- Medical specialist, researchers €240
- Physician assistants, nurse specialists €120
- Residents (AIOS) and PhD Candidates €50
You can also participate online on Friday (not on Thursday). The price for online participation on Friday remains the same to cover costs associated with online hosting and streaming.
Accreditation
Accreditation will be requested for various professional groups.
Cancellation policy
